It has recently come to our attention that there is a fraudulent website on the internet with the domain name “http://hkemperor.net”, which is carrying information of our group website “www.emperorwatchjewellery.com”, including but not limited to our logos, photos, contents and other contact information. The alleged fraudulent website uses the English name of “Emperor Intelnational Luxuries”/”Emperor International Luxuries” and the Chinese name of “英皇國際精品” with intent to deceive or mislead the public.
Emperor Watch and Jewellery (“Group”) hereby clarifies that the alleged website: “http://hkemperor.net”, trade name: “Emperor Intelnational Luxuries”/”Emperor International Luxuries”, “英皇國際精品”, address: 18/F Johnston Court, Johnston Road,Wan Chai, address: No. 135 Nanjing International Centre 201 Zhongyang Road, Nanjing, telephone number: (852) 30772868, email: services@hkemperor.net and any information/parties related thereto do not have any relationship and connection with our Group in any way.
The Group currently maintains one official website with the domain name “www.emperorwatchjewellery.com”.
The Group is highly concerned of the issue that our goodwill is misused and copyrights are infringed to deceive the public. The Group urges all related parties to take caution and will soon take legal actions in this regard.
