  • Initiate, innovate and implement CRM strategy and programs including VIP retention, acquisition and reward activities to connect customers via different touch points within the whole customer journey.

Requirements

  • Results-driven with excellent execution and organisation skills, initiative and proactivity
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, good time management and able to work under pressure
