Recently, it has come to our attention that someone or organization(s) (hereinafter “Infringers”) are using Emperor Watch & Jewellery’s name, trademark for counterfeit documents without our authorization.

 
We hereby clarify that:
 
(I) the official website of Emperor Watch & Jewellery is http://emperorwatchjewellery.com/
 
(II) Our official online stores are as follows:
 
1. T-mall Emperor Jewellery flagship store (https://emperor.tmall.com/);
 
2. JD Emperor Jewellery flagship store (https://mall.jd.com/index-817999.html);
 
3. Douyin Emperor Jewellery flagship store (EmperorJewellery)
 
 
Except for the abovementioned official website and online stores, we have never authorized or appointed any person(s) or organization(s) to use our brand or/and trademark "Emperor Watch & Jewellery" to run any online stores/platforms or carry out and any sales activities (whether online or offline). We are not related to the Infringers who use our corporate brand or/and trademarks without our authorization and will not be liable for any acts of the Infringers. 
 
We reserve our rights to take necessary legal actions against the Infringers. Meanwhile, customers should stay alert to suspicious/fraudulent websites and are advised to purchase our products through our official online stores.
