Clarification statement: Fake Emperor Watch & Jewellery Facebook account

Emperor Watch & Jewellery ("the Company") has recently discovered some individuals/organizations have been falsely using or impersonating "英皇鐘錶珠寶" or similar names for online sales activities, which seriously misleads the public and affects the Company's reputation.
The Company's official online stores on e-commerce platforms:
3. Douyin Emperor Jewellery Flagship Store (Douyin account: EmperorJewellery)
In addition to the above-mentioned official online stores, the Company has never authorized or commissioned any individual or organization to use the name brand, trademark, or logo of "Emperor Watch & Jewellery" to open an online store or carry out any sales activities on the Internet. The above-mentioned Facebook accounts and their publishers have no relationship with the Company and are suspected of illegally using/imposing the Company's corporate brand and registered trademarks, with the intention of fraud or misleading consumers.
The Company will take necessary legal action to pursue the legal responsibility of relevant individuals and remind consumers to purchase products at the Company's legal official online stores, and be cautious in identifying false e-commerce platforms to prevent deception.
