Emperor Watch & Jewellery is unrelated to “King’s Jewellery International Limited”

With reference to “King’s Jewellery International Limited” (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) using a logo which resembles to that of the Group thereby causing the public to misinterpret that the company is associated with the Group, we have commenced legal actions against the company to protect our rights and corporate image, which has led to an open apology published on two Hong Kong newspapers, Oriental Daily News and Sing Tao Daily, on May 17, 2016 (Oriental Daily News A7 and Sing Tao Daily A5). The company has pledged that it will remove and stop to use any crown-shaped logo similar to that of the Group on any platform.
